How do I get access to petsXL and how do I link my practice?
You can get access to petsXL by registering with petsXL. You can either be invited by your practice or you can register without an invitation. You can also choose to register with petsXL when you schedule an appointment online via your vet’s website or during the contactless comfort check-in at your practice.
How can I use contactless check-in at my practice?
Comfort check-in is a convenient and contactless way to check in at your practice. It starts by easily scanning the petsXL QR code that is posted in the entrance area of the practice with a smartphone.
Even if you don’t have a petsXL account yet, you can use this service from your practice.
How do I get treatment data and exam results?
Ask your practice to provide you with your pet’s medical data, such as exam reports, lab results, X-rays, ultrasounds, or ECGs via petsXL. You will then receive a notification and can view the data directly in your newsfeed. If you would like to see an animal’s entire treatment record, you can view it in your animal list or animal profile.
Can I share treatment data with other practices?
Currently, you can only share your animal’s treatment data with other practices by showing them your smartphone, tablet, or web browser. However, we are already working on features that will allow you to forward the data to other practices and share it with friends or family.
